Delivery times

All our products are custom made and may have a variable delivery time depending on color, units and availability of the material at that time.

  • Roller, sliding and fixed insect screens (All finishes) Delivery in 24h/48h.
  • Pleated, side and hinged door screens (All standard finishes). Delivery time from 5 to 10 working days depending on the color.
  • Aluminum blinds (All finishes) Delivery time 3 to 5 working days.
  • PVC shutters (All finishes) Delivery time 3 to 5 working days.
  • Sun control (All products and colors) Delivery time 3 to 5 working days.
  • Profiles. Delivery time according to color availability.
  • Accessories and spare parts Delivery time in 24h/48h.

All delivery times summarized here are reflected in the corresponding product sheet. And in all cases, we will always try to deliver your order in the shortest possible time if the material is available in the chosen color.

All orders are served by transport agency, which make the delivery depending on weight and destination from the date of collection of the order in our workshop. Delivery from Monday to Friday on working days, once the order has been picked up at our warehouse, the transport will take a maximum of 48 hours to deliver it to its destination.

Shipping costs are between 5.95€ and 14.95€ euros depending on the category of the product for the whole peninsula and Portugal, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

These costs are not included in the price of the items and will be charged separately (unless otherwise indicated).

To calculate the shipping price you must add the products to the shopping cart.

The transport and delivery service will always be carried out at street level, it does not include in any case, the loading of the merchandise to the house or the assembly of the products that require it.

Damage in transport

If upon receipt of your order you find that the item you have purchased has been damaged during transport, we will take care of collecting the product and send you a new one as soon as possible, but in order to do so it is very important that you inform us within 24 hours after the delivery date.

Carefully check the delivered goods. Any anomaly, damage or breakage that you detect due to incorrect handling should be noted on the delivery note of the transport agency. If you can not because it is a very large order or for any other reason, note on the delivery note "UNDER REVIEW". These simple instructions will allow us to claim to the agency in case of breakage or deterioration.

Excerpt from the Commercial Code Law Article 366:

"Within the twenty-four hours following the receipt of the goods, a claim may be made against the carrier for damage or damage found in them when the packages are opened, provided that the signs of the damage or damage giving rise to the claim are not known on the outside of the packages, in which case the claim shall only be admitted at the time of receipt. Once the aforementioned terms have elapsed, or the freight has been paid, no claim shall be admitted against the carrier regarding the condition in which he delivered the transported goods".

Returns

According to Article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws it is indicated that, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts that refer to the points of law explicitly detailed below:

c) The supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.

f) The supply of goods that after their delivery and taking into account their nature have been inseparably mixed with other goods.

According to this law, we will not accept returns of items for "wrong measurement or wrong choice" except for error on the part of MOSQUITERAS24H.COM.

In the case of withdrawal or return corresponding to standard items, i.e., which have not been specifically manufactured under unique and particular characteristics may be returned within 14 calendar days from receipt of order.

In such cases and after prior notice and acceptance of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded in the same form of payment in which the order was placed, unless the customer/consumer specifies another way to refund the amount, which does not involve in any case an additional cost as a result of such reimbursement.

The product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging and the customer/consumer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

In the event that the product is returned with different packaging or with any kind of damage, the refund will not be full.

However, in Mosquiteras24h we want to offer you the best service and that our store fits your needs so it will be very useful to tell us the reason why you want to return the product.

Therefore, you must send us a letter with the reason for the return and send the product in its packaging, postage paid with a copy of the invoice, to the following address:

As mentioned above, it is necessary that the return is wrapped in paper, bag or similar to avoid deterioration of the same, transport agencies usually label the packages with identifying stickers that can not be removed later, if you want us to refund the amount of the purchase, the product will have to be in good condition.

We are not responsible for shipments made through the "Servicio de Correos y Telégrafos", and we recommend all customers to send packages through a logistics company or express transport company that will insure the goods.

Once we verify that the product is complete and in perfect condition, we will refund the amount of those items, deducting the shipping costs of the order.

Refunds will be made within approximately 2 to 3 working days from the time of receipt of the returned goods in our workshop.

All products that are not fully documented will result in a delay in processing returns.

Methods of payment

  1. Payment by Credit Card.
  2. Payment by BIZUM, fast and immediate service.
  3. Payment through PayPal account, if you do not have a PayPal account do not worry, you can pay comfortably with your credit card anyway.
  4. Payment by Bank Transfer.

Warranty

The warranty is for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery. Deficiencies caused by negligence, knocks, unsuitable voltage when applicable, improper use or manipulations are not included.

During the warranty period, we shall be responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent; and the consumer must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

In case of defective product, Mosquiteras24h will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract. All these steps will be free for the consumer and user.

If the product proves to be in good working order, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the new shipment.
