We will always try to deliver the order in the shortest possible time if the material is available in the chosen color.

Orders are shipped by transport agency, which deliver according to weight and destination from the date the order is picked up at our workshop. Delivery is made from Monday to Friday on working days, once collected in our warehouses will be delivered within a maximum of 48 hours..

The transport and delivery service will always be carried out at street level, it does not include in any case, the loading of the merchandise to the house or the assembly of the products that require it. 

Shipping costs are 8,95€ for the whole peninsula, 60 euros for the Balearic Islands and 15 euros for Portugal, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla..

These costs are not included in the price of the items and will be charged separately.

In the event that when you open your order you see that it has been damaged during transport, it is very important that you inform us during the shipping time. 24 hours after the delivery date. In this case, we will pick up the product and send you a new one as soon as possible.

Any anomaly, damage or breakage that you detect due to incorrect handling must be noted on the delivery note of the transport agency. It is necessary that the return is wrapped in paper, bag or similar to avoid deterioration of the same. The transport agencies usually label the packages with identification stickers that cannot be removed later, if you want us to refund the amount of the purchase, the product must be in good condition.

We are not responsible for shipments sent through the "Servicio de Correos y Telégrafos", and we recommend all customers to send packages through a logistics or express transport company that will insure the merchandise.

When we verify that the product is complete and in perfect condition, we will refund you the amount of those items, deducting the shipping and handling costs of the order and manufacturing.

Refunds will be made within approximately 2 to 3 working days from the time of receipt of the returned goods in our workshop.

If the product is defective, we will ship the product new or repaired, as appropriate, at our expense.
